Stretching is important for people of all ages. These classes are conducted in a friendly casual environment. Stretching helps to increase your range of motion and increases flexibility. Blood flow is stimulated, circulation improved and proper body alignment is taught. Simple stretching also eases tension and stress. You will usually notice the exhilaration of exercise, well done, at the end of your class.
