The focus of these lectures is to give you a solid foundation in learning and applying health principles.  Many of the topics offer explanations of the body system mechanics involved in the different therapies prescribed for you , and introduces you to skills you can take home with you. At the end of your stay, you will receive a certificate for having completed the program and also a CD that includes the lecture materials, information from other lectures, menu plans, and recipes from the program.
